COMPENSATION
$ 65k – $ 85k, depending on experience

My brain loves clean, simple operations. If you enjoy creating overly complex systems that make everything 10x harder, you will break my brain. You must have a ninja-like ability to cut through inefficiencies and make everything smoother, cleaner, and faster.

The Role
You’re stepping into a big role. My last operator was with me for four years and crushed it, so the bar is high. You’ll be the backbone of Pause Breathwork, ensuring the company runs efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with our vision.
You will:
- Lead and develop a team of A-players, coaching them into their highest potential
- Drive efficiency across the company, cutting out waste and simplifying systems
- Ensure we hit and exceed our financial targets, keeping the business at a 20%+ profit margin
- Own execution—turning ideas into reality without me having to micromanage
- Make sure the company is operating at peak performance, so I can focus on vision, content, and expansion
OPERATIONS
Lead and develop a team of A-players, coaching them into their highest potential.
THE LOGISTICS
Must be in PST or EST time zones (or close to San Diego hours)

Samantha has made it her life’s mission to teach people to empower themselves through the breath so they can thrive and increase their quality of life through breathwork and coaching.
After her own deeply transformational journey, in 2018, Samantha launched Pause with the mission to decrease suffering and increase human consciousness through the power of breathwork & coaching. Pause trains and certifies people to become masterful breathwork facilitators & wellness coaches.
